Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a stay, tour, or using any services provided by AJ’s Place Beach Resort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservation & Payment Policy

A minimum 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Deposits must be paid within 3 days of booking for Day Tours. For accommodations, advance deposit is required to guarantee your stay.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to external conditions beyond our control.
Balance is due upon arrival at AJ’s Place Beach Resort.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Deposit: Credit Card via PayPal, GCash, or Bank Transfer
- Balance: Cash only
- *A 5% convenience fee applies to all non-cash payments.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

100% Refund — Cancellations received 72 hours BEFORE tour/check-in date
75% Refund — Cancellations received 48 hours BEFORE tour/check-in date
25% Refund — Cancellations received WITHIN 24 hours of tour/check-in date
No Refund — No-shows

*All refunds are subject to processing or cancellation fees and any non-refundable room deposits paid to third-party resorts.

4. Check-In / Check-Out and Accommodation Rules

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early Check-in: ₱100 per hour (subject to availability)
Late Check-out: ₱500 (latest check-out at 12:00 PM)
Additional Guests: ₱500 per person (includes folding bed or crib)
Children 5 years old and below: Free (if not counted as extra guest)
Complimentary Native Light Breakfast: Available upon request between 6:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Fan-only / cold-shower-only option: ₱500 discount from standard room rate
No Smoking and No Pets
₱1,000 incidental fee collected at check-in and refunded at check-out, less any damages or charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect. Any loss or damage caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged accordingly. AJ’s Place Beach Resort reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in cases of disruptive behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, AJ’s Place Beach Resort is not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost belongings, travel delays, weather disturbances, transportation issues, or events beyond our control. Guests are responsible for their personal safety, health requirements, and securing travel insurance when necessary.

7. Force Majeure

AJ’s Place Beach Resort shall not be held liable for failure to deliver services due to events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. Changes to Terms

AJ’s Place Beach Resort reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
