Whale Shark Watching
Whale Shark Watching Tour – Swimming/Snorkeling/Boat Viewing: Swimming with our Oslob Whale Sharks will be one of the most memorable things you will do in your lifetime. These beautiful and graceful creatures are one of nature’s wonders. When in Cebu, this tour is one that should not be missed!
AJ's Place provides Whaleshark Online Reservations assistance and guiding services. Online reservations are only accepted ONE DAY BEFORE your tour date. If you are like most guests, you will be too busy to submit your reservation request. We are happy to do it for you! We can also provide a guide to assist you with your registration, and the various procedures at the briefing center. Your guide will meet you at the front desk to guide you to the briefing area, which is a short 3-minute walk.
The Whale Shark interaction is 30 minutes, and time begins once the boat reaches the interaction area. Whale Shark Watching Hours are between 6 AM-12 PM, with the last boat departing between 10 AM-11:30 AM (depending on how many guests are waiting and how many whale sharks are there that day). Guests who book online must arrive at least 30 minutes before their time slots. Time slots are 6-7 AM, 7-8 AM, 8-9 AM, 9-10 AM and 10-11AM. Guests can request their preferred time slot. If your preferred time is booked, you will be provided the next available slot. Reservation requests are only accepted between 9 AM-6PM ONE DAY BEFORE your tour date. Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation number by the end of day, your reservation is not confirmed. Please be prepared to line up early in the morning as a walk-in.
WALK-IN wait times will vary depending on the time you get in line, day/season, how many guests are waiting ahead of you and how many whale sharks are there on that given day.
**For guests who prefer a more “private” tour, special trips may be available on Tuesday and Wednesday after 10am when fewer guests are arriving. The availability of special trips depends on the number of guests still waiting. There is no additional cost; however, tips for the boatmen are greatly appreciated.**

Using your mobile phone, on FACEBOOK, search Reservation Oslob Whaleshark. Once you find the FB page, click on 'Message.' This will begin the process of submitting your reservation request. Just follow the prompts. You will be required to provide additional information for each guest.
Sumilon Island Day Tour
Sumilon Island Day Tour : Sumilon Island is a small (≈ 24 hectares) coral island off southeastern Cebu, near Oslob. It’s famous for its pristine white sandbar, marine sanctuary, clear blue water, and relaxing island vibes.
The "Sumilon Island Day Tour" gives you access to the island for a half day or full day. Island amenities and activities in this tour package include: the white sand bar and Marine Sanctuary located on the west side of the island (additional charges for Marine Sanctuary), snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, fish feeding, and three levels of hiking trails around the island (beginner, moderate and advanced). Free use of Pulo Swimming Pool and Beach with complimentary use of beach towels and shower rooms. Complimentary use of payag (cottage), kiddie park and sunbeds on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The views around the island are amazing! Weekday day-use includes a Set Lunch with one round of drinks at the Pulo Restaurant. Weekend and Holiday visits come with a Lunch Buffet served at the Pulo Restaurant from 11am – 1pm. The last pump boat transfer from Sumilon Island to the mainland is 3pm. We recommend a minimum of 4 hours to get the most out of this tour package.

Alegria Canyoneering
Alegria Canyoneering: This tour is a minimum of 6 hours including round-trip travel time of 3 hours. If you are up for some adventure, this is the perfect tour! Canyoneering takes waterfall hopping to a whole new level! From climbing rocks, to swimming, to jumping off cliffs, our canyoneering tour is a non-stop, heart-pumping journey through the Kanlaob River (aka Matutinao River) of Alegria to Kawasan Falls.
Badian Canyoneering & Half Canyoneering is also available.

Moalboal Pescador Island Hopping
Moalboal Pescador Island Hopping Tour: This tour is about 6 hours including round-trip travel time of 3 hours. Once we reach Moalboal, our driver/guide will assist you with registering at the Moalboal Municipal Hall. From there you will be taken to the dock where a private pump boat will take you to Pescador Island to snorkel and view the amazing coral and marine life. From Pescador Island, you will head to House Reef, home to hundreds of thousands of sardines. Also known as the “Sardine Run”, this extraordinary school of sardines can be seen while snorkeling or scuba diving. Togo Point is your last stop to swim with the sea turtles. Full tour time including travel time is about 6 hours.
Our tour package includes round-trip shuttle service from AJ's Place to Moalboal and return, environmental fees, private pump boat, life vests, mask & snorkel and guide. Lunch is not included, but we are happy stop for lunch on your way home. We suggest taking snacks to bring on the boat. Tour costs vary depending on group size.

Whale Shark Scuba Diving Tour
Whale Shark Scuba Diving Tour: Whale Shark Watching Hours are between 6am – 12pm. We recommend a dive time of 6 AM or 7 AM. Each dive is 40 minutes to 1 hour and is a beach entry from the Whale Shark briefing center. Guests will receive a brief orientation on dive gear and on Whale Shark Watching etiquette.
This tour package includes the Government Dive Ticket Fee, Divemaster/Guide, and complete dive gear. Non-Certified guests will receive a safety and dive gear lesson before proceeding with the Whale Shark Scuba Diving tour.
Certified Divers must present their dive certification upon registration.

Osmeña Peak
Osmeña Peak: This is a half day tour that takes you to Barangay Mantalungon, in the Municipality of Dalaguete. The peak is approximately 1,000 meters above sea level making it the highest point on the Island of Cebu. Once at the top of the peak there is an amazing 360° view of southern Cebu including the southwestern coastline of Cebu, Negros and other nearby islands.

Kawasan Falls Tour
Kawasan Falls Tour: This tour is maximum 6 hours, which includes round-trip travel time of 3 hours and up to 3 hours at the falls. Kawasan Falls is the largest waterfall in the area. Once you arrive at the highway entrance, we provide a guide to assist along the 1.5 km trail to get to the waterfalls. Once you reach the falls, you can enjoy the tropical greenery and crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and relaxation.
Currently, access is limited to the first level of Kawasan Falls following recent safety regulations and weather-related maintenance.
Even with the restrictions, the first level of Kawasan Falls continues to offer a serene and scenic experience—ideal for swimming, picnicking, and capturing unforgettable photos of Cebu’s natural beauty.

Swimming with the Turtles at Apo Island Tour
Swimming with the Turtles at Apo Island Tour is a private 10-hour day tour. This tour takes you on a 2-3 hour private pump boat ride to Apo Island, located off the southeastern tip of Negros Island. Apo Island is one of the world’s best-known community-organized marine sanctuaries. Once on the island, you and your group will be registered and then guided to the Sea Turtle Sanctuary.

Tumalog Falls
Tumalog Falls: This tour takes about an hour, depending on how long you want to stay. We take you via motorbike or shuttle to Oslob’s local waterfall located in Barangay Luka, just 3km from the whale shark watching area. Tumalog Falls, also known as “Toslob Falls” or “Mag-Ambak Falls" is quickly becoming a must-see attraction if you are visiting Oslob during a Whale Shark Watching Tour. Along with the giant bamboo forest and the ever-popular “Doctor Fish”, the untouched natural beauty of Tumalog Falls is one that should not be missed.
Tour package includes round-trip motorbike or shuttle service from AJ's Place to Tumalog Falls Parking area and entrance fee to Tumalog Falls. Tour costs vary depending on group size and mode of travel.
You have two options to get to the falls.
- Walking - The trip going to the falls is an easy downhill hike. The slight uphill hike back will definitely get your heart pumping a bit!
- Motorbike - If you prefer, there are motorbikes available to take you from the parking area to Tumalog Falls and back. Round-trip motorbike transport is P50.

Sumilon Island Hopping
Sumilon Island Hopping: This tour gives you access to the beautiful white sand bar on the western side of Sumilon Island. Once there, you can sunbathe on the beach, swim the clear waters around the sand bar or snorkel at the Marine Sanctuary** that is adjacent to the sand bar (additional fee). There is a shaded sitting area above the sand bar so you can get out of the sun and take in the amazing view. It’s a great spot to take pictures. The first boat trip to the Sand Bar is 6:30am, last return tip is 4pm. This tour can be as short as 1 hour to all day long. You can return at any time. There is no available store at the Sand Bar, but you can bring your on food. Please remember to bring your trash back with you.
Tour package includes pick up and return from AJ's Place to Boat Dock, pump boat transfer and entrance fees to the public sand bar. Tour cost vary depending on group size.

Waterfall Hopping Tour
Waterfall Hopping Tour: This tour is a minimum of 7 hours including travel time. Our waterfall hopping tour can take you to 4 of the waterfalls in our local area. Tumalog Falls, Aguinid Falls, Inambakan Falls and Kawasan Falls.
Tumalog Falls is 10 minutes away. It is the closest of the waterfalls with the tallest single waterfall and is one of the most visited falls. It has a large pool below and it is surrounded by giant bamboo. A new addition to this tour site is the “Fish Doctor” pond where guests can put their feet for a quick pedicure. Tumalog Falls is great for pictures and a dip in the cool water.
Aguinid Falls is 30 minutes away. It has 5 levels. If all levels are open there is a total of 8. This is an interactive waterfall. Climbing each level is necessary to get to the next. A local guide(s) will be there to assist you as you travel up the waterfall. You will get wet!
Inambakan Falls has 4 levels with amazing scenery. Jumping is permitted on Levels 3 and 4. Inambakan Falls has day cottage rentals and lunch is also served there.
Last, but not least is Kawasan Falls. Kawasan Falls has three levels to explore. All 3 levels have beautiful waterfall pools where you can sit and relax or swim in the refreshing water. Each waterfall possesses its own unique beauty. You won’t be disappointed with any of them.
