Terms and Conditions
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
- We require a 30% deposit to book your reservation.
- Deposit for tours must be received within 3 days prior to tour date.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to conditions beyond the control of AJ’s Place Beach Resort.
- Deposit for room reservations must be received within 2 days of the quote date to guarantee room reservation.
- Balance is due upon arrival at AJ’s Place Beach Resort.
- For your convenience, we accept the following methods of payment:
DEPOSIT – Visa, Mastercard, American express, PayPal, Cebuana, Palawaan, LBC, and bank transfer.
BALANCE – CASH ONLY.
*Please note, a service charge of approximately 5% will be added for credit card and Paypal transactions.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% Refund – Cancellations received 48 hours before your tour date.
- 80% Refund – Cancellations received 24 hours before your tour date.
- 25% Refund – Cancellations received WITHIN 24 hours before your tour date.
- NO REFUND – No Show.
*Refunds less any incurred processing fees or non-refundable deposits.
